Eligibility 
•   Be a U.S. citizen 
•   Have a weighted and unweighted cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale) 
•   Have been accepted for admission or currently attending SC State University 
•   Demonstrated leadership and community service 
•   Submitted FAFSA to SC State University; Use code 003346 
•   Submit an official transcript 
•   Submit test scores of a minimum of 21 ACT and/or 1080 SAT 

You must have declared interest in one of the following majors: 
•   Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness 
•   Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences – Business 
•   Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences – Child Development 
•   Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences – Nutrition and Food Management 
•   Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences – Fashion Merchandise 
 
Restrictions 
•Scholarship funds may not be applied toward fines for student violations, parking permits, or any traffic-related expenses. 
•Due to the program’s funding structure, which relies on both federal and state assistance, neither Pell Grant nor Ag Innovation Scholarship funds are eligible for refunds.
